GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The General Terms and Conditions outline the terms of website usage as well as the rights for Users. The website administration is the sole proprietorship that owns GAMEBOOSTIFY.COM, hereafter referred to as GAMEBOOSTIFY.
- GAMEBOOSTIFY manages and facilitates the sales process for digital services such as ELO Boost & Coaching, along with account sales.
- The website enables users to conduct transactions among themselves.
- GAMEBOOSTIFY does not sell/purchase any kind of service or product from its users; instead, it provides the platform for transactions to be conducted between users.
Definitions:
GAMEBOOSTIFY - Refers to the sole proprietorship registered at:
124 city rd, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NXAccount - Refers to a standard user account created through the website’s registration form. Once created, it grants its owner the right to use all features and services offered by the website.
ELO Boost Services - A type of service where the provider (in this case, the Booster) logs into the customer’s in-game account and delivers the agreed-upon progress.
Duo Boost Services - A type of service where the provider (in this case, the Booster) logs into their own account and plays alongside the customer to deliver the agreed-upon league progress.
Digital Products - Refers to non-physical and therefore intangible products. Digital Products represent items that buyers can own. GAMEBOOSTIFY offers the following types of Digital Products: League of Legends accounts, Teamfight Tactics accounts, and Valorant accounts.
User - A person who can conduct transactions for goods or services on the website.
Guest Account - A type of user account automatically created by GAMEBOOSTIFY systems when necessary and with the user's consent for such cases. It is also possible for a user to purchase products as a guest without having a registered account on the website.
Seller - Any individual who provides Digital services or products such as ELO Boost, Coaching, or Account Sales.
Selling User - Any individual providing digital products such as League of Legends accounts, Teamfight Tactics accounts, or Valorant accounts.
Newsletter Subscriber - Any individual who can or has subscribed to the GAMEBOOSTIFY newsletter using any of the forms available on the website.
Service Provider - Represents the GAMEBOOSTIFY management team.
Website - Refers to the internet address accessible through gameboostify.com.
ELO/MMR Boost - A virtual service with types such as Solo or Duo. Its general lifecycle begins with a purchase and ends when the desired/purchased rank/MMR is reached or when the purchased number of wins/placement matches is completed. The service delivery process involves progressively increasing the rank/MMR of the customer's account or reaching the purchased rank or obtaining the purchased number of wins.
ELO Booster - An individual who provides ELO/MMR boosting services in games such as League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Valorant.
Coaching - A virtual service that includes providing information/experience and valuable tactics from the Coach to the Customer, as well as analyzing the Customer's current skill level. The service is fulfilled when the purchased number of coaching hours with the selected features is delivered.
Coach - An individual with expert-level skills/experience in the game in question, providing the Coaching virtual service.
Account Marketplace - A marketplace where accounts for games like League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Valorant are sold. Account sales can occur between Users. GAMEBOOSTIFY does not sell or purchase accounts from its users. GAMEBOOSTIFY only provides its users with the option to acquire digital products, services, and conduct monetary transactions through the online website.
1. Applicability and Validity of General Service Terms
1.1 Users and Selling Users accept all conditions and obligations under these General Service Terms.
1.2 Any user directly or indirectly interacting with GAMEBOOSTIFY or any of the services it provides is obligated to have the legal right to enter into binding contracts. If the user cannot sign contracts due to reasons such as age restrictions, country regulations, or regional regulations, the immediate cessation of all services directly or indirectly provided by GAMEBOOSTIFY is requested. If the user acts on behalf of a third party, all parties must agree to comply with the terms of service conditions.
1.3 GAMEBOOSTIFY reserves the right to make changes, removals, additions, or corrections to specific sections or the entirety of these General Terms at any point in the Service without prior notice to any User. It is the sole responsibility of the Users to stay informed about updates to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.4 All parties, including the Customer, User, Selling User, Booster, Coach, and GAMEBOOSTIFY, conduct communication electronically. This type of electronic communication can be carried out via live chat on the website, email, or other electronic communication channels.
2. Intellectual Property Rights, Website Copyright
2.1 All content, text, images, or any component visible/usable or interacted with are collectively represented as a multimedia artistic work and are fully protected under copyright law. No part may be taken, modified, or used in any way without the written and legally valid permission/approval of the Service Provider/GAMEBOOSTIFY.
2.2 No rights, other than those explicitly stated in these General Terms between the User and the Service Provider or the User and the Selling User, are granted to the User.
2.3 All users can access this website only through the gameboostify.com web address.
2.4 GAMEBOOSTIFY is in no way supported by or affiliated with Riot Games Inc.
2.5 GAMEBOOSTIFY does not claim ownership of anyone’s copyrights or intellectual property rights; all copyrights and intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.
3. Registration, User Account, Guest Account
3.1 To register a user account, the user is required to provide information such as an email address, full name, password, etc. Before registration, the User has sufficient time to review all terms and conditions on the website.
3.2 If any User chooses to make a purchase on the website without a registered or logged-in account, they are deemed to have given implicit consent for a guest account to be created and linked to the purchased order on their behalf.
3.3 In the case of a purchase being made using the Guest Account option on the website, a User Account will be automatically created and sent to the user's email address. The buyer can access their User Account and all necessary details electronically via their email address.
3.4 GAMEBOOSTIFY reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any User’s account without the need to obtain the User’s permission or inform the User about the action if the General Service Terms are violated. In the case of a balance remaining in the deleted/removed User Account, it may be frozen or treated as a management fee at the discretion of the GAMEBOOSTIFY management team.
4. Use of This Website
4.1 It is not necessary to register a User Account to use most functionalities of the website. Most sections of the site contain informative text about how to utilize the services offered on the site, and the structure of the content is clearly designed for anyone to view/understand and use. Additionally, the GAMEBOOSTIFY management team is available to assist with site usage when necessary, such as for Contact form submissions, job application submissions, registration forms, password reset forms, access to purchased order functionalities, etc.
4.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to initiate private or public types of promotions and discounts. Such activities take immediate effect when changes are made to the website and do not require any informal actions from the Users.
4.3 The Service Provider may send electronic communications through the support@gameboostify.com email address or other communication channels regarding commercial content, new features of the website, order-related matters, or issues concerning the User.
4.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to offer special discounts to selected Users without any obligation to explicitly state or announce them.
4.5 The User is responsible for keeping their account secure and inaccessible to others. Sharing the account, either intentionally or unintentionally, with any other individual constitutes a direct violation of these General Service Terms. No User is allowed to have more than one User Account.
5. Compliance with Laws
5.1 During the registration or direct/indirect use of this website or any of the services offered herein, the User declares that they accept these General Service Terms in their entirety. If, for any reason, the User is not fully competent or eligible to agree to such terms, they declare that they will immediately cease using this site and any services offered on it, directly and indirectly, and will delete/forget/disregard any information collected during its use.
5.2 The Service Provider is not responsible for verifying or ensuring that the User is a legally competent individual capable of signing/executing binding agreements/contracts.
5.3 Under '5. Compliance with Laws,' the Service Provider reserves the right to declare, revoke, or terminate this agreement at any time, without prior notice or communication to the User or third parties. If any investment/purchase/expenditure has been made on the site up to this point, the Service Provider is not obliged to refund or compensate for such amounts. Any remaining balance or purchased order costs, if any, are considered management fees.
6. Ordering/Service Purchases from the Website
6.1 The User/Customer is entitled to purchase Virtual Services such as ELO Boost and Coaching, or Virtual Products such as League of Legends Accounts, Teamfight Tactics Accounts, Valorant Accounts, etc. To do so, the User must have read and fully accepted these General Service Terms.
6.2 The User has the right to perform the purchase mentioned in 6.1 either as a registered/logged-in user or as a guest user.
6.3 If the User purchases the order as a guest, the Service Provider automatically creates a User Account and communicates the login credentials of the automatically created User Account, associated with the purchased order, to the User via electronic communication channels such as email.
6.4 Customers (Users) are individuals willing to purchase services and products such as ELO Boost, Coaching, and game accounts.
6.5 After the purchase, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary information.
6.5.1 If the purchased order is of the ELO Boost/Solo Boost type, the Customer is required to provide in-game account credentials (username and password) for the order.
6.5.2 If the purchased order is a Duo Boost order, the Customer must provide their Summoner Name.
6.5.3 If the purchased order is a Game Account, the User will be delivered the account login credentials. Thereafter, the promised Virtual Product delivery is considered complete.
6.5.4 After purchasing an ELO Boost or Coaching order, the Customer has the right to request their order be assigned to a specific Booster or Coach. The Booster/Coach has the right to decline this request. If the Customer requests a specific Booster or Coach and the Booster/Coach declines the request, the purchased order will be listed in the 'All Orders' list for other Boosters or Coaches to view and pick. In the event of such a rejection, the Customer does not have the right to request a partial or full refund.
6.6 After purchasing any type of order, the Customer will have access to fields in a User Control Panel that meets the requirements necessary for managing their order-related operations.
7. Promotions & Discounts
7.1 GAMEBOOSTIFY reserves the exclusive right to initiate, modify, or terminate promotions, discounts, and special offers at its sole discretion and without prior notice to Users.
7.2 Promotions and discounts, when active, are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotional page or offer details. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms before participating.
7.3 GAMEBOOSTIFY is not obligated to extend or reinstate any expired promotions or discounts, regardless of User requests.
7.4 Promotions may have limitations, such as expiration dates, usage restrictions, or eligibility requirements, which will be explicitly mentioned in the promotional details. Users failing to meet these requirements will not be eligible for the promotion.
7.5 GAMEBOOSTIFY reserves the right to revoke or cancel a promotion or discount for any User who violates these Terms of Service or the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
7.6 Promotions and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.7 Any disputes or complaints regarding promotions and discounts must be raised by contacting support@gameboostify.com. All disputes will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of GAMEBOOSTIFY's management team.
7.8 GAMEBOOSTIFY maintains full control over promotional content and reserves the right to make exceptions, changes, or clarifications to any active promotion without prior notice to Users.
7.9 Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional conditions associated with the specific promotion.
8. Complaint Rights
8.1 The Customer may lodge a complaint or file a grievance regarding the service provided to them.
8.2 The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint if the purchased service is not provided at all or is not delivered as promised.
8.3 If the Customer wishes to lodge a complaint, they can contact us by using the contact details available on the website, via the live chat on the website, or by sending an email to support@gameboostify.com, including information about the issue encountered.
8.4 All complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 days of submission.
8.5 Failure of the Service Provider to resolve the complaint does not imply the Service Provider's acceptance of the complaint.
9. The Role of GAMEBOOSTIFY/Website
9.1 GAMEBOOSTIFY does not play any role in communications or legal bindings between users/Boosters/Coaches.
9.2 GAMEBOOSTIFY does not guarantee the accuracy or precision of the information provided on the website.
9.3 GAMEBOOSTIFY is not responsible for the following: any information on the website being false, any data uploaded by users being unreliable, or any user being unable to sign/execute contracts.
9.4 GAMEBOOSTIFY is not involved in any legal disputes between users, and none of the parties can demand or expect GAMEBOOSTIFY to take their side in such disputes.
9.5 GAMEBOOSTIFY cannot be held responsible for any educational or behavioral issues originating from its users. Issues such as gaming addiction or illegal activities caused by users are not the responsibility of GAMEBOOSTIFY. In cases where the Customer's accounts, both on-site and in-game, are suspended or banned, GAMEBOOSTIFY cannot be held liable, and such events do not grant the Customer the right to claim any full or partial refunds from GAMEBOOSTIFY or other Users.
9.6 GAMEBOOSTIFY reserves the right to terminate this agreement or any other agreements signed between the parties without prior notice if it is determined that the actions of the Customer/Users are unlawful or cause unlawful situations.
10. GAMEBOOSTIFY's Responsibility
10.1 The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the improper or unlawful use of sections/components and functionalities of the website. The Service Provider only provides the website and the functionalities embedded within it; how they are used is entirely the decision and responsibility of the respective user.
10.2 The Service Provider is not responsible for the following possible circumstances:
- Any issues or problems in IT systems that are not functioning correctly or optimally.
- Any inability to access the site due to reasons not originating from the Service Provider, including terrorism, hacker attacks, wars, server room fires, natural disasters, etc.
- Damages caused by one user to another through the illegal use of the website or its functionalities.
- Violations of the law, malicious intent, or negligence by any user.
- Issues and damages caused by the Customer's mail server rejecting emails sent by our systems (due to security filters, spam filters, etc.).
10.3 The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by any third-party software used by its users.
10.4 The Service Provider is not responsible for damages arising from the user's mail servers blocking emails sent by our systems.
10.5 The Service Provider will make efforts to inform users in case of updates or temporary interruptions in service unless an unforeseen or uncontrollable event occurs.
10.6 The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by third parties stealing user account information due to improper security measures taken by the user, lack of antivirus programs, etc.
11. Termination of Website Use
11.1 If the user engages in, causes, or participates in illegal activities within or outside the website, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the user's access to the website and its functionalities immediately and simultaneously.
11.2 The Service Provider specifically reserves the right to terminate the user's use of the website under the following conditions:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Uploading illegal data/content
- Publishing any user's or individual's personal/confidential information without their consent
- Violation of the terms of use of the User Account
- User activities deemed to negatively impact GAMEBOOSTIFY's name and reputation.
12. Final Clauses
12.1 All users have the right to access and read these Terms of Service, as long as such access does not conflict with any point mentioned in this agreement. Reading these legal agreements/documents is free of charge. If a user fails to understand or has doubts about any point specified in these Terms of Service, the Service Provider will make efforts to clarify the parts the user does not understand through live chat on the website, the official GAMEBOOSTIFY email address: support@gameboostify.com, or via the contact form on the website.
13. Additional Terms & Conditions Relating to Third-Party Cooperations
13.1 We use Stripe payment systems for order price deduction. Stripe has several methods of collecting information about its users. During the use of this website, your information, specifically relating to payment details, may be shared with a third party such as Stripe. You are expected to have read, agreed to, and given consent to all the Terms and Conditions of Stripe. If you haven't done so already, you can access such information at: https://stripe.com/privacy.
